New duplicate cleanup tools!

Help clean up content on the site, and earn Paddock Points for it! Check out the new "Suggest a duplicate" functionality on the driver profile page, if you know there are extra profiles for drivers (due to imported data not always including enough information to properly match on) you can submit a dupe and once it gets admin reviewed the duplicate profile will be merged into the existing profile.

You earn 2 paddock points for submission, and 2 points upon approval as well!
