Combined drivers and splitting results out

Performed a lot of cleanup work on some drivers who were improperly merged together with drivers of the same name from other regions.

We have also rolled out some new admin tooling to further assist in splitting drivers out. If you find a profile that you think should be split out into multiple profiles, don't hesitate to reach out!
